McLaren confirms its most track-concentrated road car yet

McLaren, the British creator of luxury sports and super cars, has confirmed that the next model to be introduced under its Track22 business plan will be an addition to the Ultimate Series. Its mission is to be the most extreme, track-concentrated road car McLaren has yet designed. To be publicly revealed in the first quarter of 2018, it will be delivered ahead of a second future Ultimate Series model codenamed BP23 which aims to be the world’s first Hyper-GT. As members of the McLaren Ultimate Series, both will be produced in very limited numbers and all examples are already assigned. Ultimate Series models are positioned above McLaren’s core Super Series and have a distinct focus. Previous examples of the Series include the McLaren P1™ and McLaren P1™ GTR. Toyota Launches "Fine-Comfort Ride" Concept Vehicle Concept demonstrates further possibilities  for fuel cell vehicles Toyota City, Japan, October 18, 2017―Toyota Motor Corporation (Toyota) has launched the "Fine-Comfort Ride," a fuel cell vehicle (FCV) that envisions mobility in a low-carbon society with advanced utilization of hydrogen and renewable energy. The Fine-Comfort Ride proposes "a new form of the premium saloon" by employing a flexible layout unique to electric-powered vehicles and a large amount of available electric power using hydrogen as an energy source. Toyota pursued further possibilities of FCVs through the development of the Fine-Comfort Ride. Sharper design, greater performance – the 2018 Porsche 718 GTS Models More power, exclusive equipment ATLANTA,  Oct. 17, 2017  /PRNewswire/ -- Porsche is expanding the mid-engine 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman model lines with new GTS models. A newly developed intake plenum and an optimized turbocharger increases the output of the 2.5 liter flat-four cylinder engine to 365 horsepower. This is 15 horsepower more than on the 718 S models and up to 35 horsepower more compared to the previous generation of naturally aspirated Boxster and Cayman GTS variants. Like all 718 model variants, the new GTS derivatives come standard with a six-speed manual transmission. The seven-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) dual-clutch transmission is available to order as an option.
