Cadillac roadster in 2014?

Since the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky GM doesn't have any small roadster in its portfolio. 

The SLK, the Z4, and the Boxster have been leading the sales in the market segment of the roadsters. Furthermore they just have been updated and another luxury brand, Jaguar, is working on its entry level roadster, positioned under the XK. 
Chevrolet is working on small coupes (130R and 140S ), using mostly already existing architecture. There are only rumors, but the Chevelle name is yet to be confirmed also.
Cadillac however, since the XLR, does not offer any sportscar or roadster. All its rivals already have one or more two-seaters on the market. Cadillac has just presented its new ATS, which could underpin several new models in the future. 
A new roadster would likely hit the market, but not earlier than 2013.
