Blue Ride of the Hour: BMW 507 (Series II)

Designed by Albrecht Graf von Goertz, this was the stylish roadster of BMW in the second half of the 1950s. At the instigation of the BMW American importer and on BMW order, Goertz designed two legendary cars - the 503 and 507 (E507), both cars because of the strength of the German mark at the time, were too expensive to succeed on the US market.
