“All-new Chevy SS Performance Sedan Debuts at Daytona International Speedway”



In 2013, Chevrolet will add an all-new high-performance sedan to its already impressive lineup with the introduction of the 2014 SS. The SS is a rear-wheel-drive V8 sedan engineered as much for comfort and style as for serious performance. So much so that the vehicle will also serve as the Chevrolet entry into the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™, and it will debut at Daytona International Speedway® on Saturday, February 16, 2013.

The new Chevy SS will be the first rear-wheel-drive V8 performance sedan in the Chevrolet lineup since the 1996 Impala SS. The storied history and strong emotion tied to past iterations of the SS are sure to fuel passion and intrigue as Chevrolet releases the vehicle this year.

The already strong performance lineup from Chevrolet will be getting stronger with the addition of the new SS.
