Citroen C-Metisse Concept Car

Behold the C-Metisse, a five-door 2+2 shooting brake that transcends conventional design. The exterior is not just a sight to behold; it's a testament to Citroen's commitment to crafting cars that are an embodiment of art on wheels. This is more than a car; it's an experience in design, with each line and curve telling a story of meticulous craftsmanship.

Specifications that Ignite Excitement

Under the hood roars a 2.7 L V6 diesel engine, a powerhouse that commands 208 hp on the front axles. But that's not all—two electric-wheel motors by TM4 Electrodynamic Systems, each contributing 20 hp on the rear axles, transform this vehicle into a marvel of hybrid technology. The result? A lightning-fast 0–100 km/h in just 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h, all while sipping fuel at a miserly rate of 6.5 litres per 100 kilometres.

Driving Pleasure Meets Eco-Friendliness

C-Metisse is not just about power; it's about responsible driving pleasure. The diesel hybrid drivetrain, a combination of a V6 HDi DPFS engine and electric motors, respects the environment while delivering unparalleled performance. In ZEV mode, it glides silently, emitting zero emissions. On highways, the V6 HDi diesel engine sets high standards of efficiency, with a consumption level of 6.5 l/100 km for CO² emissions of 174 g/km.

This isn't just a car; it's a lesson in aerodynamics. With a Cd of 0.30, achieved through innovative features like enlarged air intakes, a flat underside, and retractable airfoils, the C-Metisse is a visual and dynamic masterpiece. Reduced weight, thanks to a carbon body and trellis, contributes to both performance and fuel economy.
