"Our spies have caught the first pictures of the Aston Martin V12 Zagato racing prototype, ahead of its debut at the 4-hour ADAC ACAS H&R-Cup VLN race on the Nürburgring's Nordschleife.
Based on the V12 Zagato concept, which recently debuted at the Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza, the racing variant features a ventilated hood, an aggressive rear diffuser and a massive rear wing.
Performance specifications haven't been announced, but the standard model has a 6.0-liter V12 engine that develops 510 hp (380 kW / 517 PS) and 570 Nm (420 lb ft) of torque.
Following its debut this weekend, and a second race to qualify, the V12 Zagato will be entered into the 24-hours of Nürburgring on June 25th."
