Andonis says: Avantgarde - Ferrari

What is the Ferrari avantgarde? What characterizes these works of art from Maranello? What is common in a 1957 250 Testa Rossa and an 1984 GTO for instance? What drives the soul? Passion. Full throttle passion. Take a look at the most significant Ferrari design themes of all time. You will find the connection between every line. And the connection is staggering. The Enzo might have been designed by Ken Okuyama, but the simple lines takes the beholder back to the cues from Leonardo Fioravanti's flamboyant thirst for automotive art and speed. And Passion.
Art, Speed and Passion.
It all comes down to this. Because in every Ferrari there is a piece of history hidden waiting to be discovered, there is a 308GTB somewhere, there is P4 waiting to be driven, there is a screaming F40, and there is the newest one. These lines lead somewhere. The design of the 458 Italia is not as new as one might think. Fresh yes, but not new. The flowing lines incorporate the Ferrari spirit translated onto the roads of today. The next pure-bred stallion will have the same pedigree. You just gonna have to take my word for it.
