Lamborghini Calà | Grande Giro Lamborghini 50° Anniversario

Like an awards ceremony red carpet covered with stars, the Grande Giro Lamborghini 50° Anniversario will see the most beautiful Lamborghinis in history gathered together. The most recent to sign up is the Lamborghini Calà.

Calà is an expression in Piedmontese dialect meaning “look over there!”, and the eye-opening Lamborghini of the 1990s designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro, displayed at the 1995 Geneva Motor Show and of which only three were ever made, was not given this name by chance. As its name suggests, when this supercar passes by it is difficult not to turn and admire it. Completely hand built, its style is characterized by classic Lamborghini lines, such as the front headlights derived from the Miura and the windscreen reminiscent of the Countach, although the Calà is higher for reasons of comfort.

The bright passenger compartment accommodates two adults and two children in comfort. The carbon fiber bodywork is anchored to an aluminum chassis thanks to the adoption of an original technology of folded and glued sheets. The mechanical components are designed by Lamborghini, with a center-rear mounted 3961 cc, 372 HP, 7200 rpm V10 engine mated to rear-wheel drive.

Fabrizio Giugiaro, vice chairman and styling director of Italdesign, will drive the Calà on the Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Grand Tour. Noted Lamborghini enthusiast and gentleman driver, Fabrizio didn’t want to miss out on this unique occasion.
